Poison Spyder Brawler lite bumper & skid install
Well I finally had time to install my toys last weekend. It was fairly easy just taking off the old crappy stock bumper sucked. I used RUST-OLEUM primer and Gloss BLK enamel auto paint. First off you need to sand the burs off and make it easier for the paint to a hear to. Second I used alcohol to remove any grease or junk that may hinder the paint.
All ready to get painted!
She is done and ready to go on
Ok the bumper is on but I had to wait for the skid to come, no problem or so I thought

So after I put the skid onto the bumper it went just as easy back onto the jeep.
I Zip tied the plate on at first but it just did'nt sit well me...
So after some deep though I came up with an alternative, $2.50 at Lowes for some L-brackets and all round and there you go, a new place to put the license plate for now (I want to get a winch and then mounted it there)

The poison spyder mount for rigid duallys your suppose to use the stock OEM screws from your original bumper didn't fit , the screws were to small, so plan on going to your hardware store , luckily I had some spare nuts and bolts at home and enlarged the holes. Make sure you check the fuse on the rigid because they sent me a burnt one and didn't notice till finally testing out the lights during the install. I used a rugged ridge a pillar with some OTRATTW switches and help from the forums for the placement of the wires. But if you use the stock switche from rigid you are good to hook

If you have any questions let me know. If I think of anything else I'll let you know lol, oh and yes the wiring was pretty easy running the rigid wires to the engine bay I just followed the other electrical wiring and I used wire loom also. And on the driver side in the engine bay there's a black membrane that you cut to bring the wire to you cabin and comes out upper left from your brake pedal And if your using a spod or a pillar from rugged ridge you can feed it through there.
Not my pic btw lol
