Default RC 2.5" BB With 35s

Maybe I'm just not searching hard enough, but I can't seem to find any posts about 35s on the RC BB. My purpose to finding it is because I heard the 35s are a really tight fit even with the 2.5 BB. If anyone knows that they will or will not fit, let me know! And if you're running this set up, post here!

Plan A: RC 2.5" BB w/ 35x12.5x15 BFG KM on 4.5" BS wheels.

Plan B: TF Performance leveling kit w/ 33" Duratracs

You can fit 35s with a 1.5 lift and flat fenders. Is that your goal, To fit 35s?

Yes, you can fit it. I have the RC BB and have 35" General Grabbers. They fit fine with no rubbing on 3.75" wheels. With sway bars disconnected they run a little bit on the fenders at full flex, but that's because I have the stock Sahara's and didn't want to cut them. So basically, minor rubbing at full flex with stock fenders, no rubbing with flat fenders.

2.5 RC series ii BB
Rancho 9000xl
Teraflex bump stops
35x12.50x15 MT/R
15x8 3.5" bs
SC flashpaq
Avg 18mpg

2014 3.6

3.21 gears

5 speed manual

Daily driven 70%highway 30%city 80mile round trip

I make it a point to flex it hard every time It's wheeled, no rubbing anywhere

ZERO complaints

Awesome! Now I'm not too worried. Has the ride changed at all? Are you able to flex more with the BB or probably just the same as stock?

18 MPG? Oh wow, I heard many people dropped mpg when throwing 35s, especially with gears less than 4.88 or something. But coolios, they fit ! Would you recommend getting new bumpstops? What's the use of a flashpaq? (Still new to Jeeps so I'm not sure)

Same as stock. Which is ok. But I'll be going to full coil system now that I added bumpers and weight my stock springs are sagging a lot

Bump stops will be needed to run 35's, for those I would just go teraflex as they have the cheapest and easiest extentions..

Not needed if running stock wheels and tires

The flashpaq is a tuner and recaibrates the speedo for the offset in tire size, I am currently running the fuel Econ tune and getting 18.5 mpg
