show off ur leveling kit ( requesting pics and info)

Got my leveling kit system all refreshed again. Added lower teraflex control arms, Teraflex steering stabilizer, Monroe reflex monotube shocks and teraflex tie rods and drag links. after 185,000 on the stockers I figure its time for an upgrade. My jeep drives like new. Actually, better than new. I will get a few pics when I get my 33s back on this spring. I have to order new 19/60s. I figure that my stockers are pooched now with 185,000 on them. I also have airbags in the rear to take the weight of my pop up and gear.

They are the Monroe reflex for the rubicon, they are 1" longer than stock. The jeep has 1200 kms on it since the rebuild and its AWESOME. So much more solid, and stable. I was unsure first as I was 300 kms in and it felt the same as before, wandering etc. Then I was like....check tire pressure. And sure enough, Every garage here insists on putting 45psi in every tire that rolls through the shop. I had mine set at 32psi and low and behold, 45psi when I got it back. I wish they would just leave it alone.

In all honesty, You can use stock length shocks with the leveling. But The monroes are WAY ahead of both the black and red stockers, and the bilstiens I had on another rig as well. These ride plush but are way more controlled, and planted than the stockers. Bilstiens I had were just like having steel pipe in there. WAY to hard!

I love it! I pieced together the Yakima roof rails and got a used Yakima basket. They don't make it anymore as far as I know. It came with clamps that attach to the rails nicely for the basket to be flush with rails, not above them. I went to Home Depot and got pipe insulation and wrapped the rails. Put bungee chord twisted around and it killed all the wind noise. Beer!! It works great for storage of soft gear yet enough room for fishing poles and other long gear on either side. Surfboards would be no problem.
