This is Big Red part deux.
Backstory:
My first car that I bought myself in high school was an 87 Wrangler. She was a stick and the first manual I learned on. I loved her, but ended up having to get rid of her.
Then in 2011, I got a brand new 2010 JK Unlimited Sport. She was a manual with a soft top and a basic model with no power anything, which I affectionately named Big Red. I even had a personalized license plate...my first ever: PIG S00-E
My husband hated driving her. The soft top was super loud on the highway. Decided we should trade her in for a loaded Town & Country so that the kids had more room....we had a 4 yr old and a 2 yr old both in huge car seats. My 12 year old step daughter was squished in the middle of the car seats. I reluctantly agreed. 
Fast forward:
Last Tuesday, (the night before my husbands birthday) we traded in the mini van for a 2014 Sahara Unlimited! My life is complete again! I'm just a Jeep Girl at heart and I'm at my happiest when I own a Jeep. I had to make a few compromises with the hubs to get a new one...she had to be an Auto and have a hard top with power everything. I miss driving a stick, but commuting daily in bumper to bumper traffic, I can't say I miss the manual tooo much.
She is definitely a beauty and I can't wait to get new shoes for her. I've been obcessing over the board the past couple days, dreaming of mods. Thanks for having me!!
