They have to get painted. They come e coated all ready to paint though.

Does the vents on top allow water to drip into the engine when it rains?

Default Water...

Pics look great, but I was wondering... If its only a steel mesh to allow airflow, doesn't water flow onto the engine from the vents on the top of the hood?

In my mind, this would be an interesting thing with snow melting/freezing etc.

Thoughts?
