Thank you. My ultimate goal is to make a metal lid and then a roof top tent. My funds currently prevent aything like that. For the time being, I will have it covered by a tonneau cover that I am picking up tonight.

I looked for a year for an m416 with no luck. Couldn't stand it anymore and had to build one.

I picked up my cover tonight but wasn't able to put it on the trailer. I was working on the Jeep. I think I have a stuck rear caliper.

Default The Cover Is On!

Sorry for the delay, but the cover is on!!!!!! I am also thinking about adding a mount for my hi-lift jack and jerry can. Weather does not look good for this weekend or next week, but when it breaks, I will do the second coat on the box and trim and paint the fenders.

Had some time this morning so I decided to chop the fenders. I cut them 3 1/2 inches and gained over 2" in tire clearance to the fender!

Below shows the right side cut 3 1/2 " and the left not cut yet.

I gained over 2" of clearance from tire to inner fender. The rolled edge of the fender makes it look closer than it is.

Go for it! I can't wait to take out first trip and actually be able to see out the rear window with a majority of out stuff in the trailer!
