This is where instructions would have helped! It's the same way the front come off except the button is inside the headrest. From the front of the headrest you need to poke and feel up inside there and push the button. There is a buttom on both sides and the push spring is located on the outter sides. Put upward pressure on the headrest (like you are trying to remove it) and then push at the same time. You can also unclasp the to actually see the button but that is extremely difficult to do even with the headrest off.

I have a "12 as well. I was stumped, I googled it, found that video, watched it, watched it again, got a screw driver, and they slid right off.

What kinda material they made of? Looks like a nylon? Curious to see how they hold up from sun fade. I had wet okales--they were fine, but not really blown away by Em. They faded after a year, I would sweat my ass off(literally) and they never really fight tight.

I have side airbags..do they make Em with airbag slits?
