What was done to your JK this week?

I ordered that bumper because I liked how low the winch sits into it. But I must say that installing them both was no cake walk. Both had to be half way bolted together and the two front winch bolts had to be turned about 1/12th of a turn at a time while keeping the winch slightly off the deck. Those two bolts probably took me the better part of an hour to tighten up. Worth the effort, but man were my hands sore when I was done. In retrospect, it really should have been a two person job. It ended up taking me about six hours to get it all together.
Looking forward to the electrical parts showing up tomorrow so I can finish the job.

I bought it!
2012 JKU Gecko bought used with a small lift (I think), 35" tires, Smitybilt front bumper with XRC10 winch, flat fenders, LED lightbars (2 inside the windshield - who does THAT?!) and several other small goodies. Got it off the lot no less.

Three pics. First two are from the dealer's website. Third is at my house.
This weekend the lights in the W/S are coming out as they are useless. They pretty much blind me and make it nearly impossible to see anything they re lighting up.
Edited: Removed the lights from inside the windshield this afternoon. Also replaced the mirrors with a set of Rugged Ridge replacement mirrors. The set that was on it was just too hard to see the right hand mirror. With this setup I can at least see half the mirror. I'll add a large convex mirror to get a better view on that side.
Also spooled out my winch cable and spooled it in to verify it is working - so that is a PLUS!
