Beadlocks are not legal in my state, but when it's up for inspection they will only see it with the factory wheels!
They balanced fine, but they needed weight, and not just a little, all 5 had at least two rows (4-6" long) of tape weights on them.

Trust me when I say that I fought the urge to buy nittos as long as I could. I am not a band wagon guy and I feel like the nitto trail grappler is the band wagon of tire of the decade. So, I went with the mud grappler.

I mounted them on the slabs Friday afternoon (in my garage, did not use a shop or take them anywhere) and by Friday at 8pm I was driving 80mph+ down the freeway with no weights or beads. Just the tires and lots of turns with a torque wrench on the wheels.

I am a believer now...when the boys at northridge here in Colorado said that they should need very little balancing were absolutely correct. And, for weight...91 lbs per tire. At 28 psi, I think they are noticeable another - my MTRs were a C range tire, these are E...very surprising.

I like the slabs. Super high quality, install went well, took me about an hour per tire with only hand tools to mount them, then about an hour to get them mounted on the jeep and torqued for a third time.

I am running them at 28 psi just like I had my MTRs.
This seems to be what I'm reading everywhere. Thanks for the feedback.

Put some Bushwacker flat fenders on and it'll look great and get you a little more clearance.
