I had my 07 2 door x since january 07 and got rid of it about 3 months ago. Im getting a new 2013 around march 2013 and my question is what are the differences between the 07 & 13 ? Anyone go from the 3.8 to the current engine. Please post any rants, good or bad.
My wife is enjoying her 2012 latitude edition liberty and im going through withdrawal since I now drive her dodge caliber.

Being that you wife has a 2012.....you already know most of the differences (interior updated in 2011, engine and auto tranny updated in 2012). The 2013 has a few small differences from the 2012 (different seat patterns, LED lights in cup holder, dual windshield nozzles, and an auto-dimming rearview mirror with map light).

Trail Duty

Along with the changes mentioned above the '13 models also have the premium soft top which is a darker color and is spring loaded.

The new top is only spring loaded ob the 4 door. It is much darker. Here is my 13 with premium top.
