Default 12V guy--radio silent

how do you get anyone from 12vGuy to respond? i pulled the trigger on some switched, but have a few questions. i got an automated response for the order as well as "thanks for your question" note, but no response yet. their phone doesn't take messages either.. i know they have top quality products , but for the love of all things sacred, just answer my question!

anyone else have this experience too?

Depends on the questions if I can help. I won't know any proprietary stuff but I'm okay at electrical.

It was more of a question of type face and layout

Gotcha. I misunderstood the OP as I thought you were asking for electrical experience. I realized what you meant after I posted.

Default so--guess what showed up on my doorstep

a nice box from 12Vguy!!!!!! i got the switch for my winch, the which loom and the switch panel that i asked to cancel. it has the switches--one for my air compressor and 2 Aux switches.

the craftsmanship is amazing. very clean job. it was probably 10 days from order to delivery. i'm happy overall, but being able to speak to someone would've been nice.

i have some electric questions, but i'll save them for the section of the forum...
