Was there water in the cylinders when you pulled the plugs?

Will the engine turn over by hand at all?

When i pulled out number 4 pkug i saw a little dirt water. Blew it out with air hose and let dry for a day before replacing plugs. The engine doesnt do much when i try to turn it over with key. A few ticks with electrical clicks and slight movement of the starter.doesnt do much else.

Put a breaker bar on the crank pulley if you can turn it you might be ok , if not well you might be screwed

My friend hydro his engine and you could not turn the pulley to save your life

Pulley does move. Thinking its more electrical. Why would Chrysler put so many exlised electrical boxes knowing this is an off road vehicle. Really blows my mind
