I have a 2013 Wrangler Unlimited & just bought the NX. When I am on the interstate, and have the sunrider roof flipped back, the wind is making the roof that is back bounce. It's the heavy part of the top that latches bouncing off the top and it's rather loud. I've attached a pic to show the part that is bouncing.

Just noticed last weekend my does this as well if I go about 100km/h

I use a short bungee from the metal bar on the driver side of the top to the seat belt attachment point on the rear roll bar

Just drove on the highway with it up for the first time yesterday. I only noticed the bouncing at 110-120km/h with a cross-wind. I found the sound of the wind much louder.
