Default Bumper chop unbalence jeep?

I chopped my bumper yesterday I'm happy with how it turned out! However at 20 mph the jeep wobbles now. I took off the wheels when I cut. The weights are still on the rims. What the heck over!

Re check your lug nuts make sure they are tight.

Yeah that was the first thing I checked. I have a good jack. Jacked it up from preferred spot. Didn't switch wheels. I've never had anything that significant happen from taking the wheels off and putting them back on.

I would say re-do it, take em off and remount them just to make sure you aren't missing a step. atleast the bumper looks good
