Received first contact form dealer today my vehicles VIN was assigned and is scheduled to be built. Dealer sent me the VIN so I called Jeep Customer service but all they told me was what the dealer said. No build date avail yet but was told usually in less than 4 weeks. So far this puts me right at the 6 week time frame......unless they come through and get it done quicker!!!!

Maybe back in the game
Well the JK bug may have bitten me again. I have not been on this forum sense around 2009 and found it fun to look at some old post when I was waiting for my 2008 JKUR to come in.
I sold the JKUR in less than a year due to being disappointed in the performance and have had 3 different TJ Jeeps sense with my current being a 2000 Sahara
I made the mistake of looking at the JKURX and simply love the set up, and went and test drove a 6 speed with the new engine and liked the performance.
So working on a couple dealers to order one in Anvil with color match fenders and top 6 speed, nav, auto temp, tow.
So I may be doing the waiting game again with you guys real soon!!!

Did any of you manage to get a copy of the order from dealer... ? I can't get my sales guy to give me a copy, need to make sure he spelled my name right..!! One day and I'm dying..

I've been sitting in D for almost 3 full weeks now "scheduled for production." Order was placed 4 weeks ago. I'm thinking I'm not gonna see my Jeep for 8 weeks easy at this pace.....

I was going to buy a Harley. Opted out for a Jeep instead. Ordered JKU on 4/2. Got the email with VIN number on 4/10. Currently scheduled for production. Can't wait!!
