While I was taking my top off today I couldn't unscrew the driver side bolt that goes through the sound bar. I finally took a wrench to it and alot of elbow grease. Once it was out I realized the threads were messed up. I have no clue how this happened. I know it wasn't cross threaded when I put it in the last time I put the top back on bc I had no trouble hand tightening it. Now the threads in the top and the bolt are ruined. Is there any way to fix this?

You could try re taping the threads if you have access to a tap and dye set
