Default Cruise Control

The (only) Jeep dealership in my area of NC said that they cannot install cruise control in my 2007 X. Really?!

Don't know why, I've saw dealer kits available on eBay and most Jeep aftermarket part sellers.

It looks like a pretty easy DIY project but you will have to take it back to the dealer and have the computer flashed.

Did mine in a driveway in under a hour. Hardest part was poping the air bag kff because I didnt have a special tool so I bent a screw driver. Really easy to do it.

If the dealer doesn't want to do it, I wouldn't push them. If you were closer to Charlotte, I would help you install it as I did it to my 2010 in about half an hour. If you can lower the top, you can install it. I was in Rocky Mount working for two weeks about two months ago...

Read the post referenced earlier on how to pop that airbag/horn unit off! After figuring out that part the rest was a cakewalk! I did it in under 30 min easy! But without those tips on exactly how to pop the airbag/horn unit off I would have NEVER figured that out!
