Ever feel like you hit a stretch of bad luck with the jeep?
I mean, if it's not one thing it's another.
Just looking to see if it happens to other people too.
My Jeep:
AC fan motor,
idler pully,
no heat on drivers side (still waiting on parts to come in to fix blend doors),
another idler pulley,
lost serptine belt,
replaced both idler pulleys & belt (all is quiet and gets better MPG but now see below),
oil leak (most likely caused from overheating when the belt was thrown and engine got HOT)
Just looking to see if it happens to other people too.

80K seemed to be the magic mileage for my '08.
Axle seals,
Pinion seals,
drive shaft,
transfer case leak,
4 wheel drive selector cable,
torque converter lock (I think, still figuring that one out),
front diff sensor,
diff leak (I did that one with the aid of a helpful oversized rock),
Cat converter,
ball joints,
plugs and cables,
turn signal light,
brake pads,
bent the under armor into the exhaust (love a vehicle you fix with a sledge hammer)
and it got another scratch on it!

Mechanically, my 2010 was great. I finally had it set up exactly the way I wanted. Sandy hit and my rig was swamped with 6 foot storm surge and is now totaled. I guess that counts, no?
