... so I pulled the drain plugs and drove around till it all sloshed out. I LOVE my Jeep.

I had it about an inch deep a week and a half ago. Mine is LineX'd and easy clean up too - just pulled the plug!

Yeah, but now the question is why did you have a puddle in the footwell?

Could be any number of things actually. I feel like I may not have shut that door completely after tossing some stuff in the passenger side before going into my office. Or maybe when I put the freedom panels back on yesterday a seal got pinched or didn't seat right. It was something out of the ordinary because I never get more than a drip inside. I fiddled with the top a little when I got home and found no water inside today after lots more rain, so no biggie. My tub is also bedlined and the simplicity of being able to just pop the plugs and drain it, or hose out any spills or whatever might get in is really nice. I've always been so particular about the cleanliness and condition of my vehicles, it's nice to have one that is just ready for anything. I mean, not that I'm not particular about the Jeep too, I'm as loony as they come.. But it's meticulously built and maintained to handle puddles of water in the floor

There are lots of threads on here re: water leaks in the rain. Mine happens when the seal does not seat properly when I close the soft top.

Yeah I get a few drops if I don't get the tops back on just right.
