Default Is this a good buy?

A found a used 2013 2dr Jeep Sport with 4,400 miles. It is an automatic, has AC, and the connectivity package. Its lifted but I couldnt tell what the manufacturer of the lift was, and the rims where Pacer rims. They are asking $25500.00 for it and I wasn't sure if that is a good deal or being had.

Would it be easier to get a brand new wrangler and do the lift myself? Thanks for your advice everyone!

You could probably haggle a dealer down and get a new 2dr with the same options for the same price. I'd trade the lift and wheels for a mfg warranty in a heartbeat...unless we're talking like a 4" long arm on 37's.
