I believe it will fit, but the center windshield latch won't line up on the freedom panel. I've seen buddies use a small block of wood to wedge in there.
Maybe someone else can confirm this

In '09+, the footman's loop (center front) was moved slightly left of center. The center latch (freedom top) was moved forward and now engages the footman's loop instead of the other half of the top.

I found this while doing a search for some photos... hard to say if there would be any sealing issues from the front freedom tops, but the general consensus is that early tops would fix on later jk's, but not vice-versa. (I've also heard that some have moved the footman's loop back to center to make early tops, fit later years)

On the 2007-2009 models the middle front latch actually latches to the passenger side freedom top. On the 2010 model it latches onto the footman loop. As you can see on the 2007-2009 model the Footman loop is centered and on the 2010+ model it is offset.

The below picture is a 2007 Jeep with a 2010 Freedom Hardtop.

Thank you for your replies.. I can assume from this the answer is yes, with slight modifications?

Actually...the answer is YES...with NO modifications. I have an '09 top on my '13 JK and yes the panels latch to each other on the '09 top and there are no issues whatsoever with leaking or fitment.
