Hothead! This is a typical "cry once" and remain happy thereafter situation. Excellent quality, excellent service. You'll likely never have to pay anything extra even in the improbable event that there's a problem. Plus, Mark runs one of the classic small, American, *honest* businesses that make our country strong.
