Default How do you keep your dogs secure with the top/doors off?

I just rescued a year old doberman (great dog!) and am wondering how others let their dogs ride with the top and doors off? I've got a 4 door and am pondering the following:
- harness connected to something
- dirty dog/safari strap divider behind back seats with dirty dog/safari strap rear cover
- dirty dog/safari strap divider behind back seats with spider web shade cargo shade (I already have a spider web shade over the front and back seats)

Use 2 leashes hooked to each side of the roll-bar with the dog in the middle.

We use a Sporn harness and I made this from para cord to keep her centered in the back seat.

Ruff wear harness and a tool restraint for sale boats tied to the seat frame for our thirty pound beagle am who loves to hang half way out the half door. Harness is awesome for picking her up. Lifts her center mass. Easy on her and me.

I use a body harness one that attaches to the seatbelt and I take his leash around his neck and run it under my leg for extra pull
