Default Maxxis Big Horn tires thread

I know not many people run these tires. I got them because they were considerably cheaper than other brands.

I have not had any issues off roading with them and even on road they are good.

I would like to know if there is anyone who has run these prior to a set of more popular brand tires and if they noticed that substantial of a difference.

They are a great size. I will graduate to 35" when these wear out.

I had bighorns on a Montero I used to own.
They were priced right, looked good and a decent tire.
My only complaint was they got louder the older they got.
When new, they were pretty quiet... After a couple thousand miles they started to howl. That said, they weren't terrible. They just teased me by being so quiet when they were first mounted.

I'm noticing that. How many miles approximately did you get out of them? I'm expecting to get 30-40k out if them.
