Which way is recommended?

Doing both Lift and adding 33's.

Do i get the lift at the shop done first or get the 33's at the tire shop first? Thanks.

Do it all together, lift it then slap on the wheels n tires. This way everything is done.

Get the wheels mounted and balanced and pick them up and take them to the other shop where your jeep is being lifted and tell them to do it after the lift is done. Anyone with air tools can put wheels on in 5 min
