Default Newbie here!

Just bought my first jeep 6 weeks ago(2013 jku sahara billet silver painted top) and haven been reading the forum ever since. I just bought a 2.5" teraflex lift kit with Bilstein shocks. I would like to put 315-70-17 duratracs on it after the lift. Do I need to re-gear and will i rub? I will be doing 90% of my driving on Chicago roads and 10% off road. Really like the look of the 35"'s but will drop down to the 33's if I must. Thanks for any input and would love to meet up with some jeepers on the south side of Chicago to have some beers and talk jeeps.

Welcome to the JK-Forum You should be fine running 315's with a TeraFlex 2.5" lift. May rub a little if you're using your stock wheels, if so, might add some hub-centric spacers and you'll be good to go.

I plan on purchasing after market wheels so I shouldn't have to worry about the spacers with the stock wheels. My biggest concern is if I will need to regear? FYI, jeep wave is alive and strong on the south side of Chicago!

Mine is a 2013 Unlimited Rubicon.

I'm running 315/75/17 MTRs with 2.5" lift on the stock 4.10s and auto trans. I do have a Procal.

Absolutely no need to regear
