Oh What I Did Today!
Well, I did it! I had been thinking a little while about trading my 2011 natural green 2 door hardtop on a new one. I was interested in driving the 6 speed soft top and found one with nothing extra but a/c, cruise, and Sirius. It's got those tiny little wheels & tires...they will be upgraded for sure. I had an 06 unlimited soft top and it was very loud. This one isn't much louder than the hard top 2011.
So, I am now enjoying my new 2013 Billet 2 door sport with almost no bells & whistles. I think this will be fun to play with and add my own touches to as I have time and money....well, time anyway. It is definitely fun to drive and shift. I have had several manual transmission vehicles but this is my first Jeep and it has been a while. I still like it.
I have attached a picture but I am not sure it will show up. I have posted a few times here...mostly read and learn but I have also been able to contribute and answer a couple questions too.
Anyway, I thought I would let you know what a great Saturday I had.

Love those Silvers. Good to hear you're happy with the upgrade choice, that new motor is wonderful, I'd love to upgrade.
You plan on putting some 18/59 take-off springs and rubicon shocks, or a lift? What size tires ya looking at?

Haven't thought that far ahead...Wifey says (when I mentioned wheel/tire upgrades) that will be while...Right? I have shown her how cheap I can get the regular 17s and tires like the 2011 had but I may just hold on as I am interested in some black wheels seen is some magazines I get.
