It's not a good idea.

This thread confuses me. The solution is simple... Get longer links, they aren't that expensive. And yes, make sure that they are long enough that the sway bar ends are parallel or slightly past (above) parallel.

You can get longer links that will also manually disconnect and the little stowage brackets from Teraflex. That way you have the option to e disco or manually do it.

This is not complicated.

That being said, my e disco lasted 2 years before it bit the dust. Dealership was happy to replace under warranty which I let them do and then immediately removed it. When it quit working, it sent my Jeep into limp mode. Now I've got a Currie Antirock and couldn't be happier. Rolls more in the corners during daily driving but you get used to it. Wouldn't recommend driving without one of you have a 2 door. Might be livable with the longer wheel base of the 4 door if you get less body roll.

But anyhow... Just get longer links and you can still use your e disco. Simple as that.

He wrote that his sway bar ends already are "reasonably parallel." But maybe adjustable JKS links would help salve his worry--he might be able to set them a tad longer.

Here is my fix that I did with my Rock Krawler 2.5 X-Factor kit. Works like a charm now! All of the part numbers I used are listed.

Ummm...it's "she"

Thanks for all the feedback guys. Think I'm leaning towards longer links.
