Default Regearing front axle 07 JK

Just trying to cover my bases... Just had my 2dr regeared and noticed that I have a front driver side axle seal leak, at least that's what it appears to be... They had to remove front axle shafts to regear right? That's what I have read on different write ups. I guess I should have done a little more research before hand but they should have replaced the seals? I noticed a leak on the pinion seals, both front and rear and they are going to replace those... Just from the sounds of it they should've replaced seals and didn't, it would make sense to me to replace them but just as they say common sense isn't common to all.

BTW the thing rides a hell of a lot better now so I can't complain about that.
