Unhappy Seatback adjuster falling off '12 Rubi 2-door

The driver's seatback adjuster on my '12 Rubi 2-door came off yesterday. Heard a clunk then later found the handle on the floor. I managed to slide it back onto the grooved shaft and it works fine, but keeps falling off. It seems that the seatbelt keeps getting caught under the lever and makes it come off. Has anyone had this problem and if so is there a solution? FWIW it looks like there may be a missing 'clip' that goes over the part of the lever where the adjustment shaft fits into the lever; I didn't find the clip on the floor but there is a small opening on the lever which may be for such a clip. Any and all suggestions welcome, thanks in advance!

I'd take it to the dealership, that's gotta be a warranty item.

My '13 sport 2-door does this all the time. I haven't found a solution yet. I'm getting pretty annoyed with it.

Agreed, or just super glue it back on.

Well it falls off because the seatbelt catches on it when the seat is pushed forward to allow access to the rear seat. My worry is if it's super glued on that the handle will just break of when caught. I also thought maybe it was designed to fall off because of this reason. Seems like a pretty bad design.

Our 2012 2 door Rubicon does the same on the passengers side. Will have the dealer look at it at the next service. The clip is gone too on that one. We don't even use the seat the get access to the back because the back seat is out for the dogs. Bad design I think.
