Default Soft top question

So, I bought a used soft top a few months back...it was pretty "used" but I cleaned it up and it works just fine. Yesterday, as I was putting the soft top up, one of the cloth strips that goes from the middle bar to to the back bar came undone. Any suggestions on how to replace or fix this?

U could probably rivet it with washers ....I think that is how it's attached to begin with. so the rivets either came out or need to be drilled out ,then just re-rivet with the washers. Not knowing what it actually looks like (whether it is a tear or just pulled out) it is hard to suggest a fix.

did you look at the other cloth tabs...

pretty sure they are just screws, at least that is how mine is attached.

I only have a soft top for my 08 UNL and I have fixed it a couple times by just drilling the rivets out and riveting new ones on. The best way is to use one washer/plate to hold them on. If you use one rivet per hole they will eventually pull back out. Either way it is not too hard, I have done it a couple times.
