Speed sensors
Has anybody had to replace a speed sensor in their JK yet? If so how involved is it...can I do it or should I take it to dealership?

Had to do mine last week while removing my hub assembly to install axle sleeves. While removing I accidentally broke the speed sensor. Had to replace luckily dealer had in stock was $43 with tax canadian $$
Pretty easy to change. Remove wheel, caliper mount, and wheel bearing. 13mm 12 point needed for wheel bearing bolts. Then remove the speed sensor with I think 8mm Allen bolt. You might not have to remove wheel bearing but it gives you more room to get to speed sensor. After all it unbolted just pry it straight out, then follow wires up to the connector behind the shock tower.
