I lifted my rubicon 3.5 inches. Running 35 inch tires. My problem is that if i hit a bump doing between 20-30 mph my steering wheel jerks. It doesnt do it at higher speeds. What is going on?

Maybe an aftermaket steering stabilizer would help you

Its called bump steer. The higher you lift your jeep the more suspension componants you will need to correct the geometry. I don't know what your current set up is, but start with control arms to correct caster and a drag link flip kit to correct your steering geometry.

All good inputs above, but with a solid front axle, you'll never completely get rid of bump steer. A new dampner/stabilizer may help, along with a drag link flip.
