I'm new to the Jeep world and was going off their value I found via research. The tires and rims are 3 weeks old and have never been off road. I'd like to get them sold soon.

They might only be 3 weeks old but they're still used. As mentioned previously, check eBay and CL in your area to compare. $1900 is ridiculous for stock wheels/tires, sorry to burst that bubble.
