Is there anything you could do to your jeep that would make it more personal to you or give you more of an attachment

Realistically wranglers have the highest resale value so regardless you probably didn't take as big of a hit as you think

Downgrading to the older JK is like downgrading from a supermodel to a crack whore. Lol okay maybe not that dramatic

Its not the resale value that's usually the problem, its people with idiotically high interest rates that gets them, unless its paid off. For example, my BFF is paying 15.9%, I just about crapped my pants.

go to kbb.com. you'll be surprised how much your Jeep is worth today.

Mine is practically worth what i paid for it 3 years ago. One of the best financial decisions of my life.

Sure. Cheaper ones don't last as long. Cost me nearly $500 for two eight year warranty Diehards last year, and that was with military discount. I figure $200 is a bargain for a good battery that will last more than 3-4 years.

Just priced a 3 year warranty Autozone Duralast Platinum. $181 with sales tax.

I don't buy into all that diehard and yellow top stuff. All of my cheaper ones have lasted just as long or not longer. Now for you I can maybe see the higher dollar stuff. You have like tons of lights and other electrical stuff don't you.

Didn't go platinum. Went the one below it I think. I don't remember which. Might have spent like $150 or something I think.

Here's what I'd do: Shop for what it would cost to get something different, say a low miles grandpa driven 2007-2009, then figure out what you can sell the '14 for. Once you have the numbers, you'll probably feel good about going one way or the other.
