I got mine from Weapon Stickers. I think they're 4x6 inches. 
I have the Liberty or Death and the three percenter sticker from them too. The flag doesn't normally look like that, I got wedged against a tree.

To each their own. After actually reading the full U.S. Flag Code, I found I had to give up quite a bit. I don't pass judgement at all, but I highly suggest reading the reg if that sort of stuff interests you.

I don't know the size but I used pixeldecals as well.
shipping wasn't the quickest but I belive they make them in batches to order (which I was 100% fine with. I've used "old stock" stickers before and the patience getting a fresh cut is well worth it). Quality was top notch though and the effect is exactly how I wanted. Full recommendation here and they'll get my money again.
