Default Sway bar actuator not working AND front lockers not engaging. Related?

Sway bar light on. Pretty certain it's the actuator. But front locker coincidentally is not engaging either. Are these two failures related?

Will fl not engage if sway bar actuator is not functioning?

The lights are blinking, not solid? You're in 4 Low?

Also to go with the last question, are you stopped on a flat surface. Your sway bar won't disconnect if your not.

Yeah. Blinking sway bar light constantly. Blinking front locker light when I attempt to engage. Rear locks fine. Fat surface - check. I know there's a sway bar actuator prob. The front locker is a mystery. Really want to bypass the sway bar actuator and go with manual disconnects.
