Default Tips for cleaning up broken glass.

Did the Rubicon a couple weeks ago. Managed to complete the whole trail with no damage and then I backed into a tree and exploded the back window trying to park off the road. Anyways I plan to take it to the car wash and see what the vacuums there will do but does anyone else have any tips or tricks for getting glass out of carpet?

Thanks,
Rob

I think you answered your own question. A powerful vacuum is what you need. One of the ones at the carwash could work, or if you have a shop vac at home...

You can use a plastic bristle brush to gently lift any tiny tiny shards that may have become stuck in the carpet weave, but the vacuum should do 99% of what you need.

Sort of the same concept as a lint-brush roller maybe? Some Gorilla tape (or equivalent) and get all the loose ends.... just an idea.
