I dont understand your question.
The bumper with foglights/towhooks are the same for all models. It is a simple bolt on except for the wiring/stalk switch, which would be a bit more involved.
Are you looking to buy them new? or used? or wondering about ordering availability as an option from the factory?

The fog light and tow hooks are available form the factory as an option. I believe the cost is $120 for the option.
I have no idea why they seperated it,but they did.

The printed literature from Jeep states "Front Town Hooks and Fog Lights are late availability on the Unlimited X" -- I have never seen one on the lot with them and online, you cannot configure one with either or both of these 2 options...
