I agree with everything above. To tilt it back I found it easier to remove the front 2 mount bolts instead. I used it to carry 2 large heavy ladders for work(without the basket ends). Which it worked well for.
The thing rusted to crap within the first 6 months. Warrior agreed to have it repowder coated at their cost and then stopped corresponding. The rubber bumps at the back corner to stop it from shaking, wore the paint on the jeep down to bare metal withing a month. I ended up siliconing a piece of aluminum to my jeep so it had something else to wear out.
