Who can I sue over this?
So after getting back from Moab I decided to wash and detail my Jeep.
Got her all washed, waxed, looking good. I used some Armor-All type wheel polish on the wheels and tires and it really looked good.
So as I was doing the tires, I noticed the treads of the tires didn't look as good as the sidewalls and I wanted them to look as good as the rest of the Jeep, I went ahead and polished the tread sections using the stuff I used on the rest of the wheels and tires. It looked so good.
And as I drove away to enjoy my newly cleaned Jeep, I had absolutely no traction or grip, I suspect it was from the polish I used. I slid off the road into the gutter. The slick roads from a previous rain storm didn't help.
Here's my question, the polish instructions never said NOT to use on the treads. Can I sue the polish maker for the damage to my Jeep? What about the tire makers, shouldn't they have instructions or warnings not to polish the treads?

Why would you even bother cleaning the treads with tire polish?!?! Yet were gonna et dirty right away. And on MOST tire polishing sprays it is clearly stated the polish is not supposed to be use on the treads.

Judgin from your bio your awesome , sadly not so bright. Don't mean to offend but who would put a grease or oily substance on the treads of any moving object. This is common sense and you should not look to sue anyone. That's what wrong with America. Everyone is just looking to sue the next person they meet. Good luck
Hope you didn't get hurt !

April Fool's thread - must be. Pics of the shiny tread please.
If not, put it in 4 Lo and do a 4 wheel burnout in the parking lot. That should get rid of the tire shine crap. And be sure to make a video of that for all of us.
