The one with the best lawyer. Someone is going to have to buy 1/2 of the other one out. Divorce is a nasty thing. The cost of mine with all the assets was over 200k not including monthly child support payments. I lost my house, a Toyota Prius , my 2nd car, I had to buy 1/2 of my truck back. Then I had to pay 12 k in lawyer legal fees to get everything finalized.

Divorce is a nasty thing next time I'm going to have a hunting vacation accident.

Mine was easy...she took the paid off Ram truck...I got the JK with 14000 left to pay...I wanted it more than the truck anyway! Paid off now. Just make a deal with other party
