Default WTF is this part?

When i picked up my Jeep, I saw this part in the cup holder. The salesman didn't know what it was, so he said just hang on to it just in case.... I hope one of you gurus will help me identify it and tell me what it's for.

you use it to recharge your flux capacitor shhhh dont tell anyone "It's A Jeep Thing" LOL

No, it's a kidney stone removal tool. Some urologist must've left it in there during a test drive/examination.

wrong end. i think it's for the colon. i'm about to cleanse my colon.

Only a Guess, But it might be a retention pin for something while it is in Train & Truck Transit!
