I got a semester off from school so now I finally get to go. Still trying to figure out who all the trail guides will be and what trails I wanna do.

I'm lucky. I live in SLC. I plan on driving down for either the first Saturday or Sunday.

There's a chance, maybe a small one, but certainly a real one. I'm thinking of taking four of my kids and heading down there. Lodging might be a challenge. I may have to camp, which would be cheaper, anyway, and lots of fun. I'm hoping to get a buddy or two with Jeeps to go, too. We'll see. This has been on my bucket list for awhile, for sure.

My brother is coming out in late March and he and we are leaving for Moab from Denver on March 30th. We are planning to stay at the Slick Rock Campground. Since I am trailering my Jeep we reserved a pull through site and plan to pitch a couple of tents.

I have not decided what trails we are going to take yet. But I am sure Flat Iron Mesa will be among them.

Anyone else have plans, thoughts or opinions?

What is the weather like in Moab during that time of year? If I go, I'm likely going to have to tent camp, but probably will want to anyway.
