Jeep Badge of Honor System
#221
Yep, I've had numerous email conversations with them. It was reported that some badges were sent to the wrong people, some to the wrong addresses, and some to nonexistent addresses. Keep an eye on what badges you've earned. They've sent me several notifications to resubmit my check-in info because the system did not show I had earned the badge via trail check-in. Popular thing this badge of honor is.

Sent them an email Friday and got a reply today.
They seem like they are trying to catch up from some issues they had in shipping badges from Sept-Oct time frame.
They did resubmit a badge from March that I still haven't seen.
I think it's slowly getting worked out.

Got my Ophir Pass badge three weeks ago. I did that Trail back in September. Still waiting on 2 of the Redbird SRA badges that I ran back in June that got messed up in their shipping issues last year. I've emailed back and forth about a half dozen times and I was told last week those last two are scheduled to arrive this week. It seems they had some supplier and shipping problems and they are working through getting it all straightened out. Be patient and don't be afraid to email them if yours haven't arrived. They are very helpful!

I was curious if this was still a thing. I tried calling the number on their site and it is not Jeep, it's a wrong number. I'm trying to figure out how to make sure my address is correct because I'll be doing a trail this weekend. Suggestions?

I checked in for a couple trails I did last week, but tried to check in for a 3rd one and it told me I couldn't because I was more than 9.9 miles from the trail. We had zero cell service on the whole trail, how were we supposed to check in if we had no cell service?
