A 75 Cent solution to seatbelt flap!
Pics below.
I took my doors off for the first time on Monday, (Been free all week now) and I got a whole lot of seatbelt flap. The West Texas wind is enough, and you Texas natives know that all too well. I had read a post about using a bike band, or blousing strap to wrap the belt around the roll bar, but all the bands I found were colored and too small.
Then it dawned on me! I could use a set of Military Grade 2" Boot Blousers! 75 cents at Military Clothing here at GOODFELLOW AFB. Theres still a wee bit of flap at 70 mph, but its so much better than getting repeatedly beaten in the neck with the seatbelt's rendition of "Judo Chop!"
You can get these at any Military Clothing store for less than a buck. They come in black, green and Cammo. They work great. No roof, no doors, no flap AT ALL until I hit about 55-75, maybe less when the Texas dirt ridden wind isnt blowing at hurricane speeds.

A solution that looks better, is permanent and cost nothing is to slide the seatbelt under the plastic on the door frame ( next to belt). I did it an it looks like a factory job. Do a search on this site, someone gave directions with pics.

A free fix is to pull out the seat belt and give it a half twist then slide the twist back through the upper pulley/mount. You can do this on all 4 belts. It's a little ackward at first cause you think the belt is screwed up, but it works!

I've had my ride for over a year now and sno flapping. And I drive fast. I was out today and rolling down the GSP and NJTP at 80+ and nothing. Hmmm... and I've listened/watched for it too.
Great fix though, velcro ftw. I have my Hi-Lift mounted with four v straps and can hang from it, no issues, and it loooks nice and clean to boot. Well enough that after ordering in those JeepSWAG mounts I decided to just stick with the velcro.
