yea the fuel door isnt bad, but fyi the stock fuel lines are plastic and metal you will need to cut them up and get some new fuel line to make it happen. You will also have to enlarge the hole on the inside of the jeep to make it fit and drill a hole in the floor, depending how/where you mount it.

This is the progress so far on the relocation, pretty easy to relocate, like you said just cut and get some new fuel lines. You can actually use a lot of the factory lines, and it's more of a direct path to the gas tank from the fill tube

River raider has the rear body armor that will fit in the factory location and you can cut out where you would like or give them all the measurements and they will cut the armor for you. I chose for them to cut it and just paid a little extra. My biggest problem has been the transition from the rock sliders to the XRC front fenders. I cut quite a bit off of the front to make the different angles but it turned out nicely. I need to pick up a few different sizes of bolts and recess the new holes I drilled in the front but it tied in well. Click image for larger version

Yeah I called a few places and river raider was the only place that offers that. After installing the armor I can understand why, the angles on the JK are not as easy to line everything up like a TJ. Most people want to just bolt the armor on and go and you can't do that. C4LO did a fantastic job on that jeep!

I have the river raider armor as well. I cut the sides and rear, didn't like the big gap their pre cut sides had.
