Custom Hawse Fairlead License Plate Bracket
After much research and deliberation, I decided to fabricate my own license plate bracket for the Hawse Fairlead. For those that use synthetic winch line, you likely know that front license plate mounting options are fairly limited. There are a couple aftermarket solutions. The least expensive option I could find costs $30, plus $15 for shipping and handling. The former I found acceptable, the latter I did not.
This mod costs ~$15, and requires ~2 hours. All supplies can be purchased at Home Depot, including bolts, nuts, washers, u-bolts, steel plate, rubber stoppers, and bungee cord. Some bolts, nuts, and washers I had on hand. I also had thread locker and epoxy.
Although I will be happy to go into written detail if there are any questions, for now I will let the pictures tell the rest of the story...

Pretty creative! Thanks for sharing I know there are a lot of people who would love to do this versus spending the coin (like I did) on one of the very few options for the Hawse Fairlead peeps.

Thanks! I hope others find this useful, and I would be interested in hearing feedback for design improvements.
Also, I should note that the Smittybilt winch cover still fits with this solution. I'm assuming others would as well.
