I'm sure most of their tires are just fine, but I've driven commercial trucks in the past with retreads on them, sat on the side of the road waiting for repairs too many times from blown or peeled caps. No thank you!

Just looked at their website and it looks like a pathetic fake scam website. You were very brave to give them your money. I'd talk to the manager one last time to let them know you are recording this conversation due to your constant poor customer service and that you're contacting your CC company to perform a charge-back. If they don't do anything then get a charge-back and let them deal with the repercussions.
