They are just a Chinese company selling cheap bumpers. Ive seen people that have good experiences for the price, and Ive also seen bad. Usually you get what you pay for and I try not to support straight chinesse companys when possible.

I'm in the good category. A little over $700 got me a front and rear bumper with tire carrier. Just got the rear. The front has held up over the last few years. Been smashed on rocks and winch plate held up while pulling out a Chevy 2500 HD buried up to its 35s in muck. But yes, there are horror stories of atrocious customer service. I've had no issue. Less than 24 hour email response time for me. I received only 1 tracking number, and when the package came, it was just the tire carrier. I emailed them and the next morning I got a response back with the second tracking number. They said they must have forgot to add it in email. Just as I was reading that reply, the second package arrived at my door. Both orders were shipped and delivered within a week. Overall I am happy with the company.

I'm also in the good. Bought a stubby off eBay. Build quality is nice and the price was great. I'd do it again.

From what I have read as long as they ship you the correct parts and/or they are not damaged in any way, you will be fine.
The issues are with customer service from the threads I have seen.
You basically just roll the dice and hope they send the correct parts and they come undamaged.
I remember seeing a thread about them sending the wrong bumper and only thing they did was issue a $50 credit?
Also check barracade and smittybuilt, a little more money but don't remember reading any issues with them.

mark me in the good category I have bought 4 bumpers and 2 sets of rock rails from them off ebay.
paypal and ebay give you options if the cust service sucks fyi you will have some small shipping damage scuffs and or scratches as with any heavy metal bumper that gets shipped my friend had some from qtech that were worse than mine nothing a little rusto bedliner wont fix though and as far as buying Chinese I try to buy American wen possible an affordable these ship from cali and are built in the exact same factory as smittybilt in china however they seem to be great quality even thicker than the smitty ones the holes lined up perfectly on everything I have installed my only change to them was to use grade 8 bolts upon install all in all unless you are buying handmade bumpers with US sourced steel you are buying Chinese bumpers so don't kid yourself thinking you are buying American when you buy smitty or aev or the like
Bottom line you can not beat the price not even close quality is good and hold up really well I have drug them across half of moabs rocks with no complaints they have shipped everything very quickly and it is packaged pretty damn good
